ABOUT MIRTA ALESSIA VERLATO

Dr. Mirta Verlato graduated summa cum laude in Economics and Business at the University of Verona and she is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza since 1997. She started her professional career by entering in 1995 in the Studio Associato Fracasso Cavalieri Xausa de Anna in Vicenza, which later merged into ADACTA Studio Associato, a multidisciplinary professional association, of which I was a member from 2002 to 2016. Specialized in international taxation, wealth planning, extraordinary transactions and corporate reorganizations, in 2017 she invested her experience and professional skills in the foundation of the studio WITHIN | Verlato & Partners, which she still owns at the present time. She deals professionally, but also for passion, with innovative start-ups, to which she provides tax and legal advice. Hence my interest in MOAB S.r.l., of which in 2020 she became a partner and financier.
